Today : As with the state of mind I simply go to my breathing to ride through the wave that will safely deliver me to the shore.
Today : Thoughts come and go changes from one to another make you believe one think then changes minutes after they too are impermanent and vague. feelings are their shadows …don’t always rely on it.
Today : Healthy thinking is having the dark thoughts.. still BUT you don’t linger in it.
Today : Revisiting my breathing every now and then if they are too short or out of pace..before return it to constant pace.
